300 Water Street

This thin, 4-storey commercial building at the southwest corner of Water and Cambie Streets has housed the Water St.Café on its first two floors since 1988. It also has offices and commercial space on the 3rd and 4th floors.

A few years back, when the 4th floor was vacant and locked off, staff members in an office on the 3rd floor heard inexplicable, loud thumping noises on the floor above, followed by the sound of something heavy being dragged across the empty room.
