This small commercial building near the top end of Granville Street is currently occupied by Moore's, a popular men's clothing store. The third, top-most floor of the building is used by Moore's as a storage area and is inaccessible to the public.

Current and former staff members of Moore's have reported that the third floor has a decidedly frightening atmosphere. Doors bang shut and objects are thrown to the floor by invisible hands. On one occasion, a roll of packing tape was seen to rise up off a table and fly across the room on its own accord.
